Kristin Walker literally made me hate the main character (Todd) so much! I bought this book because I'd read reviews that raved about how hilarious it was. Bummer for me. The only parts I really thought were funny were those moments between Fiona and Todd, where they were sniping back and forth at each other, (and even those weren't that funny). EXTREMELY HILARIOUS. I had a gut-busting, knee-slapping, informal side-splitting moments reading this book. The story is simple, the concept of the plot is not complicated but the prose and characters were so much fun. Fiona, the protagonist was not the common pretty&talented-but-she-doesnt-know-it never-been-touched girl, but she is the latter plus someone else entirely new. Okay. SO. This one took me a little longer than it should have. I found it hard to get into, and I didn't really like the characters... at all... but once I got about 50 pages in, the gags started and the jokes just kept coming. It was funny! I'm not gonna lie.
