This is the first romance book Ive been able to complete in my quest to read more romance. I liked the story. I liked the writing, I liked the setting, I liked the plot and the characters. The heroine was beautiful, strong, and feisty. The hero was suitably attractive, kind, and honorable. They were attracted to each other. The only issue I have with this book is I dont understand how the two main characters had enough time together to get to know each other let alone fall in love. It seems that

Wow! I am a seasoned historical romance reader and I have a hard time finding stories that I really enjoy and can't wait to finish! Intimate Enemies was great! I rarely give 5 stars, but there wasn't much I didn't like! If you like action and adventure and hero/heroine conflict with added forbidden sexual attraction, with added Viking and war battles, you'll like this!
